So, while many are blaming Microsoft for this problem. something I definitely do NOT need or want. This whole RMT is designed to allow your computer to share files while asleep. On these newer Dell's BIOS, you can also go into the settings and disable Intel Ready Mode Technology at the BIOS level. To solve the problem, I modified the Service 'IRMTService' (Intel Ready Mode Technology) first by stopping the service and then setting it to 'Startup type: Manual' so that the service is never started on bootup. This has been extremely frustrating, but I've found the problem and it is NOT a Microsoft issue. It's all related to INTEL READY MODE TECHNOLOGY. They, at various times, have the Power Options Power Plan changed without any user intervention to 'Power Saver' where it puts the computer to sleep in very short order. I've purchased a few new Dell computers since December 2017, all running Windows 10, all with slightly different processors/memory/drive configurations and one with 10 Home the others with 10 Pro, and EVERY UNIT had a similar problem. If my memory is shot then I might have done what this guy from answermicrosoft. This is where I could click Disable button. Once clicked, there is only like three buttons I can press, one was settings. (I did entered 'Intel' on Windows search box and I had Intel RMT software to click on. Honesty, only thing I did was just clicked Disable option from the Intel RMT option. I don't remember exactly what I did because its been so long since I did tried this but it worked, ever since I disabled it, I didn't have the issue since. Sleep mode change was caused by Intel Ready Mode Technology. Sorry for the late response, I did figure it out.

My power plan keeps changing

I must admit that I’ve hardly seen the Charm skill get boosted due to improved relations since you mostly just get a point or two. It’s increased by improving your relations with characters, socializing with them, as well as whenever you barter. The Charm skill is your best bet due to the perks, but it can take a while to level-up. “Prominence” (+1 influence if you’re a vassal). Note that the Steward skill, meanwhile, only has a couple of weak influence-related perks - ie. Sadly, this requires you to have a level 250 Trade skill to be unlocked. As for the Trade skill, the “Influential Trader” perk lets your caravans and workshops generate influence. The Charm skill has several perks such as “Champion” (+10 influence from winning tournaments) and “Immortal Charm” (+1 influence for every Charm level above 250). You can also increase this via skills and perks: Donating troops – Donating troops to an ally’s settlement adds influence too. This will add +1 influence per day depending on its level. Building a Forum – If you own a town/main settlement, you can build a Forum and continue to upgrade it. Again, bigger battles mean bigger rewards. Winning battles while you’re with an allied army – As long as you’re a vassal and you’re partaking in field battles and sieges, you’ll see an increase of influence via the victory screen. Here are your means of increasing its amount: It’s actually one of the toughest resources to amass because of how ridiculously slow it can be.
